Simply turn the handle on the top of this pond filter and it turns an internal paddle that cleans the sponges without you having to get your hands wet!

* Note: pre-2019 models require 11w (single-ended) bulbs.

NOTE: 13w UVC bulb included.

The Auto version has the same cleaning method without the turn of the handle.
